Mortgages
We offer mortgages from the whole market.

Insurance
We can only offer products from a limited number of insurers for the following types of non-investment insurance contracts:

- Critical Illness
- Life Insurance
- Income Protection
- Family Income Benefit
- Mortgage Payment Protection

Ask us for a list of insurers we offer insurance from.

We offer household insurance through Paymentshield (underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance) and Legal & General

Mortgages
We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.

- Life insurance
- Critical illness
- Income Protection
- Mortgage Payment Protection
- Family Income Benefit

Home Insurance
We will provide information only on:

- Home Insurance

Residential Mortgages
- A fee of 1% of the mortgage advance payable on application (all commission received from the lender will be refunded to the client)

OR

- No fee (we will be paid commission by the lender/company on completion)

Buy to Let Mortgages

UK Residents
- We charge a fixed fee of £250.00, payable on application. If you have been issued with a formal mortgage offer and your application does not proceed for any reason, we will retain £150.00 for our administration costs.

Overseas Residents
- We charge a fixed fee of £350.00 payable on application. If you have been issued with a formal mortgage offer and your application does not proceed for any reason, we will retain £200.00 for our administration costs.

- Insurance
- No fee (we will receive commission from the insurer)

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
