My first ever mortgage was brokered by Peter which all went very smoothly and he explained all of my options to get me the best deal for me. he was also very helpful being a first time buyer and not understanding most of the process. Subsequently both have been handled by Matthew. My first mortgage via Matthew he advised me that he felt the earliest point to renew would get me the best deal. I took this advice, since starting that mortgage rates have reached over double my current rate so that was excellent advice. I feel that Matthew advised me correctly and got me the best deal available especially in the current market conditions allowing me to port my existing mortgage to keep my excellent rate. Matthew also helped me with the solicitors handling my sale and purchase who were difficult at times.
